The CI^® Certified Commercial Building Technician course is designed to educate in preparation for becoming a licensed building contractor, as well as provide advanced continuing education to those who are already licensed. Topics for this course include, but are not limited to, Estimating and Scheduling, Plans review, Laws and Rules pertaining to the construction industry, material selection and proper installation, math for the building trade, and proper safety requirements. This course is currently under development.
